Based exclusively on Royal Mail's 2nd Class service (First Class available by Summer 2010) we offer rates which are lower than Royal Mail tariffs such as Over-the-counter (Post Office rates), Franked and Packetpost. Whether sending Large Letters or Packets, or a mixture of both, e-parcels.com have a tariff structure that can save you money whether you send 100 parcels per week or 2000 per day. Our rates are tailored to offer savings and include collection of parcels from your premises, either through Royal Mail Relay or DHL. The per-parcel savings we make our customers mean that they can receive this service and still save money. The table below lists our UK tariffs and gives a guide on how these would be mapped to weekly parcel volumes and/or Royal Mail tariff. Simply place your parcels into sacks/boxes, completely unsorted, and we will sort them according to format, weigh them, apply our PPI indicia and hand them off to Royal Mail - on the very same day we receive them.
As we bag parcels to be delivered straight to the destination address's Royal Mail sortation centre (of which there are over 1500 in the UK), we provide the fastest route possible for your parcels once we hand them over to Royal Mail. After parcels leave our care, they are not handled again by Royal Mail staff until they are being posted through the letterbox!
But that's not all, we also offer a compensation policy based on that of the Royal Mail and we deal with all aspects of the claim, meaning that in the unfortunate instance where a parcel is not delivered, simply submit a claims form on our website and we will process this with Royal Mail on your behalf.
