If a parcel which you have sent via e-parcels.com has not been delivered within our stipulated delivery time, then there has obviously been an unexpected postal delay affecting the delivery. We sincerely hope that the parcel arrives within the next day or so. We can only apologise if you have experienced such a delivery delay.
e-parcels.com entrusts Royal Mail to deliver hundreds of thousands of mail items per week to customers throughout the UK & Internationally and they do have a very good record of delivering our parcels but occasionally parcels are delayed and even sometimes lost.
Using the form below, can you please contact us again if the parcel has not arrived within 15 working days after having been dispatched for UK parcels and 25 working days for International parcels.
Please note - to allow us to contact the domestic postal service involved we MUST be notified via this form of any undelivered parcel within 60 days. Any undelivered parcel report submitted later than 60 days from posting date will not be accepted by us as we will be unable to ask the domestic postal service involved to investigate on our behalf so long after the parcel has been sent.
