Using our service is extremely straightforward.
Pack your parcels into boxes that you hand over to our preferred courier who deliver your parcels down to our sortation centre. We then inject them into the Royal Mail.
Your parcels can be placed in boxes unsorted as full sortation will be undertaken by us at our distribution hub. Using our service does not incur the overhead of having to attach stamps, PPI or airmail stickers to your parcels or having to fill in any Royal Mail paperwork or customs forms.
Once we have received your online Account Application form we will forward you details of your account number and the telephone number of our nearest preferred courier depot. At this point you can then arrange your first collection and advise your local depot on expected frequency of future collections.
Sortation process
Our sortation centre opens every day at 7am with the first member of staff arriving to a completely empty warehouse - not one parcel left over from the previous day's deliveries. Couriers arrive from 8am onwards when all parcels are sorted into either UK region or destination country and then further into parcel size - either Large Letter or Packet. We receive our first collection from Royal Mail at 12:30pm and our second one at 3:30pm, by which time our sortation centre is back to it's state at the begining of the day with all parcels en-route to their destination. UK parcels are forwarded onto the relevant Royal Mail Inward centre and International parcels are handed over to the destination country's relevant national postal operator for delivery through their domestic channels.
Invoicing
e-parcels.com invoice their customers electronically on the Monday of each week, detailing the parcels sent to each destination grouped by number and weight, along with details of courier collections received. Payment terms are by Bank Transfer within 7 days of invoice date.
No contract needed
e-parcels.com do not place a burden of a contract on their customers, meaning that you would be free to leave the service just as quickly as you entered it. This gives you not only flexibility but also peace of mind, and also focuses our mind on providing quality Customer Service in order to keep you as a valued customer!
How to send parcels
Follow this easy step-by-step guide on how to package and send your parcels using e-parcels.com:

£5.99 - Aborted collection
£2.99 - Re-seal of parcel in the event that DHL feel there is a danger of contents spilling out of box
£4.99 - Re-packing of items from one box to another due to box split
In the event of any of the above occurrences, the above charges will be passed on to customers as part of the e-parcels weekly billing system. For this reason, we recommend that DHL should be contacted in the event of a collection not being required, and sturdy boxes should always be used to send consignments.
Whether you send 20 parcels per consignment or 200, you do not need to perform any sorting before sending them to our distribution hub. We do this for you and save you valuable time.
